Life Coaching New Year! Let's get happy!

As we say goodbye to the memories, the joys, and even the painful moments of 2010, let's embrace the potential, the excitement, and the future we have in the planning and intentions and the expectations of 2011!! I always love the new year, because it feels like cleaning out a closet, or an old purse!! You find things that were lost, you realize things weren't missing (or stolen!) after all, you realize what you don't need, and you see things differently, and think, why did I ever even need THAT? And we think, Wow...I am so doing THAT this year! New Year's is the most prominent time of renewal.

For extreme renewal, we all need to face the wisdom we learned from mistakes in the past, put these lessons into practice, recognize our weaknesses, and use new tools to change our actions and behaviors.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results.

A positive peaceful life is never found in 'the next big thing' or a new amount of money, a new toy, a new job, or a new relationship. New peace and joy is found within oneself. When we examine our choices, we should make make changes that will accommodate the results we are working toward! We can not complete a goal if we haven't defined one! So, First step in renewal; SET YOUR GOAL! 2nd step, SET YOUR DEADLINE DATE! 3rd step: WRITE OUT YOUR ACTION PLAN! 4th step: GET TO WORK!! Zig Ziglar said,"Nothing happens until somebody sells something!" The same is true of our lives, nothing will happen until somebody moves into action!!

Ms. Annalisa Ellenburg's Pre-Marital coaching and Counseling is one of the best things that has happened in my Life. She taught me that love is patient. God is understanding of human nature and not only forgives the mistakes of men with great patience, but does not push or rush individuals into changes and into change that is not in their best interest. She also taught me that Love does not rejoice when it sees people making mistakes. Love hopes the best for people and is heartbroken when they choose to disobey God. I learned that Love never boasts. Loving people is forgiving people. I just want to thank you for everything you did to help me and my wife prepare for our marriage.
