 Have you ever thought about the symbolism of the UMBRELLA? It provides protection from many very different variables of weather! Keeps us dry from rain, shaded from the heat of the sun, and it even can break the wind from zipping through our hair!! I find it most interesting that some people need this UMBRELLA for feeling safe and protected. Other's do not need an umbrella, they are either content without protection, or wish they had one!! Nevertheless, the UMBRELLA symbolizes LIFE. |

HAPPY COUPLES....OR...NOT??  Why is it that some people seem to just always get along? Are they really that happy? Behind the walls of their home, are they picture perfect like they appear? Chances are...they are not! Every couple has their own set of issues. They may not be putting their 'stuff' on facebook, or twittering about their morning spat, but this is why their appearances are seemingly happy. They may very well be a happy, stable couple, but they are somehow able to keep the issues between themselves, and work toward problem solving. |

 As we say goodbye to the memories, the joys, and even the painful moments of 2010, let's embrace the potential, the excitement, and the future we have in the planning and intentions and the expectations of 2011!! I always love the new year, because it feels like cleaning out a closet, or an old purse!! You find things that were lost, you realize things weren't missing (or stolen!) after all, you realize what you don't need, and you see things differently, and think, why did I ever even need THAT? |
